Exploring the Bible-Barbara Taylor
Exploring the Bible Finding the Way is a course for teaching children over a 12 year period. It has been designed for use in a sunday school but can easily be used in a school or home setting. The course is contructed as follows but this can be ignored if preferred:
Explorers Exploring the People of the Bible
This age group is from toddler to Grade 1. The division is made at this point because most children can only read and write effectively from Grade 2. If your sunday school starts very young then children may spend more than 3 years in this group but repitition is never a problem! The Christian Interest lessons look at Heroes of the Faith.
On the track of understanding the Bible
The Trackers are Grade 2 to 4. These lessons aim to give an overview of the Bible and how things fit together. The age group is able to enjoy a wider range of activities but still struggle to understand in depth concepts. The Christian Interest lessons for this age group look at specific important events in Church history.

Seeking understanding of God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit
The Seekers are senior primary school age - Grades 5 to 7. They are starting to question what they are told, enjoy discussions and challenges but are still children at heart! These lessons look at some of the well-known stories in a little more depth. The Christian Interest lessons examine other denominations, Christian cults and other religions.

On a quest for the Truth
The Questers are high school age and most move out of sunday school about the age of 16. These lessons tackle some of the hard truths in the Bible and are focused on discussion. Teens think seriously about faith and belief and often challenge what they have been taught since young. The Christian Interest lessons cover Church history.
